Email Items and their Delivery:

Our Story Packs and items by email are a real valuable resource. They are quickly and easily delivered to your inbox and once you have them, there yours to print again and again!

As our email items are supplied in PDF format, you will need Adobe reader on your system to be able to access the document. Don't worry if you don't already have this, simply and safely download it for FREE at www.adobe.co.uk ).

When paying for your items, if purchasing items by Email only please ensure that you select 'email delivery' in the drop down box for method of delivery at the checkout (this will ensure that you pay no P&P on your items!).

If email items are purchased between 9.00am and 10.00pm we aim to send your file to you within 4 hours from purchase. If purchased after 10.00pm items shall be sent the following day. When checking for delivery of your items, please also check your 'junk mail' as sometimes, depending on your system settings, the files can be sent directly there!

Delivery of other goods.

If your purchases are for other items (to be delivered the good old fashioned Royal Mail way!) you should expect to receive your item within 7 days from your order. UK Delivery is only £4.50 no matter how large your order and you will receive notifictaion via email once your goods have been dispatched. If you have not received your item/s 7 days after receiving your notification of dispatch please contact us immediatley.
